Introduction

This Privacy Policy covers all personal data of visitors / users / members collected by the website, during the visit and use of its services. Also, this contract covers the conditions for the collection, processing and management of the personal data of visitors / users / members from ettu.gr to any companies affiliated with it. This contract does not under any circumstances cover the relationship between visitors / users / members of Sensations.gr and any services that are not subject to the control and/or ownership of ettu.gr.

Given the nature and volume of the Internet, under any circumstances, including the case of negligence, ettu.gr is not responsible for any form of damage suffered by the visitor / user of the pages, services, options and contents of ettu.gr in which he proceeds with own initiative and with the knowledge of the terms hereof.

The management and protection of the personal data of the visitor/user of the ettu.gr services is subject to the terms of this section as well as the relevant provisions of the Greek legislation (Law 2472/1997 on the protection of the individual and the protection of personal data as it has supplemented by the decisions of the President of the Personal Data Protection Committee, Presidential Decrees 207/1998 and 79/2000 and article 8 of Law 2819/2000 as well as Law 2774/1999 and European law (directives 95/46 /EC and 97/66/EC).The present conditions are formulated taking into account both the rapid development of technology and in particular the Internet and the existing - although not fully developed - network of legal regulations regarding these issues.

In any case, ettu.gr reserves the right to change the terms of protection of personal data after informing the visitors/users and within the existing or potential legal framework.
